Classes:
Navy SEAL (Pre-BUD/S) workout:
Designed to build strong-lean muscle fiber that is flexible. This workout will get you ready for BUD/S or anything life can throw at you. The session is 30-45 minutes of high cardio work, with explosive movements and controlled stretching built into the routine. Team work is essential to our program, we suffer together and we win together. This is the foundation and cornerstone of Tactical Fitness Warriors... if you are not committed to doing this 3+days a week your gains will be just average, and being just average is not our ethos.
Swimming/Running/Weights:
For whatever reason you train, your training methodology should implement various muscle groups that get worked. Swimming is one of the best ways to build muscle, increase endurance and enhance your cardio. Running is not always enjoyable, but necessary for endurance training. Weight training developes strength, increases your skeletal muscles while targeting muscles groups. Swimming/Running/Weight Liffting are a stardard for our program. Our philosophy is focused on aerobic and flexibiltiy training, we care more about what your body can do... then what it looks like.
Combative Arts:
We training in various forms of martial arts, Bujinkan Budo Tai Jutsu is our standard. This combat system comprises nine separate schools, descended from historic samurai schools teaching martial tactics. Bujinkan (House of the Divine Warrior) is commonly associated with ninjutsu.
